“I have a 10+yr old laptop and after resetting it, had issues downloading Windows 10. I tried several of the forums suggestions to no avail.
Finally decided to go to a pro.
The phone receptionist is super nice, the technicians are even better. When I picked up my laptop, Ed listened to my questions for laptop use and gave me actual honest feedback. He could have easily sold an upgrade to install, but he was honest about the age of my laptop, the issues it might experience and his recommendation on what he would do. Not once, NOT ONCE, did he use scare tactics to try to sell me anything.
He even said to feel free to stop by and ask him questions if I wanted to get a new laptop, suggested stores, and other specs.
Needless to say, WHATEVER technical issues I have, I'll trust Ed and the Computer Guys to solve. 100%.
So, for all ladies out there, I'm a girl with not much technical experience. And yes, on occasion I still succumb to scare tactics. That's why I'm writing this review. The Computer Guys will not take advantage of you!”
