“Beautiful souls attend this facility. Every single one of the vet techs and vets have shown compassion and empathy for my Pomeranian babies. They're prices are reasonable and they accommodate to my hectic schedule. They treated my baby like if they were theirs. I will continue to bring my babies here. Rest assure that they also need rest and will be closed for the holidays season. However, they provide alternative emergency facilities while they are closed.“

“Thankyou to Petco and the stylist for being patient with my pet. She’s quite a handful especially knowing she’s a husky the amount of energy on this girl is insane. So I was ready for them to call me back saying that they couldn’t control her since I’ve experienced that before. “I cannot put into words how happy I am with Happy heart. Not only because my boys, two younger miniature schnauzers, had a great time and came back, tired and excited and full of life. But because I had a horrible experience at another pet hotel, so I’ve been incredibly trepidation about leaving them with anyone.

From the moment I spoke to Anna Marie I was taken in by her energy and passion. When she met my boys They acted like they had met her before and she was an old friend. She is incredibly communicative, professional, and kind.

If you were looking for training or boarding or any service that they offer, I cannot recommend them enough as there are certain people who are born to do what they do And we are also so lucky that she has services here in West Hollywood.

The whole staff is very friendly, and they always make sure to let you know if they notice anything out of the normal going on with your dog. I love that I can check in on my pup throughout the day via their webcams. They also offer an unlimited package, which is a great deal if you're bringing your dog there regularly during the week. “I cannot recommend Lilli at PetCare highly enough. She took such incredible care of my little Maltipoo, Mila, after her luxating patella surgery. Lilli specializes in animals with medical issues, senior animals and special needs. She was able to personalize Mila’s care by understanding Mila’s demeanor and followed all the recommendations from her orthopedic surgeon, complete with round the clock medication administration. She kept me updated on Mila’s healing throughout the day and even sent me pictures to comfort me. When I went to visit Mila one morning, Lilli showed me how to use the sling to give her back legs support while walking. Even after I brought Mila home, Lilli checked on us and helped make the transition back home smooth and stress free. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine love for animals made all the difference, and I am so grateful for the exceptional care she gave Mila.“

One of our dogs was reactive, and its now much easier to bring him on walks as well as have visitors to our home. The other was quite skittish which made training on our own tricky. Alexandra really helped us navigate his needs and build up his confidence. Both of our dogs are more confident and much better citizens since they started training. Also, while we originally did training in person and weren't quite sure how well virtual training would go, Alexandra navigates Zoom training remarkably and we don't feel like we're losing anything from not having in-person sessions.“

“I bring my dog Rocky to Briana at The Leash You Can Do Dog Sitting and Boarding Care three to four times a week, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She’s extremely attentive, always sends me updates, pictures, and videos, and makes sure I know how Rocky is doing throughout the day.

There are times when Rocky needs to stay overnight because of my work schedule or travel, and I never have to worry—Briana treats him like one of her own. The level of care, love, and consistency she provides is hard to find.

“Jenina is so incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional--I would recommend her to anyone who needs help training their puppy or adult dog. We did the 4 session in-home training with our 2-year-old chihuahua/dachshund mix, who is very reactive and not friendly to new people. Jenina taught us and modeled certain commands and then we had the opportunity to try them on and get feedback so we were performing them properly. She was also so calm and patient throughout our sessions. Jenina provided us with helpful handouts to continue training, as it requires daily training on the owners part to ensure the skills are truly learned. “Dumont has been walking my dog since 2020 so this is looong overdue. I loved my previous dog walkers (FitPals), but moved out of the area and needed to find someone I could trust with my leash aggressive and reactive dog. He’s done such a great job with her socialization with the pack walks and yard days. I’m thankful she can get that experience and exercise. He also takes great photos of her in the daily recap, which I find impossible to do myself.

Also, he’s been very supportive of my dog when she has health issues, and I know he’s been the same with other clients. It’s a great comfort to know he cares so much for the pack members.“
