I had some of my own ideas and contributions to the project, and they worked seamlessly around them—offering guidance when needed while still respecting my input. Since this was a complete addition you can't tell from the outside of the house. The roof line looks great and the finish is seamless with the rest of the house. The concern on their part was always to make sure I was good with what was being done and pleased with the results.
We also really appreciated how considerate they were of the impact the project had on the rest of our home. Construction can be disruptive, but they kept the work area contained, maintained a clean environment, and were mindful of noise and day-to-day living. It made a big difference in keeping things manageable for our household throughout the process.

Pedro was there every step of the way, answering all of our questions and making sure we understood the whole process. During the roof removal, they used tarps to catch debris and made sure to walk around the property about every half hour to pick up anything that might blow into our neighbor’s yard.
