“This work was performed by Pedro and his team. We put in a request on yelp and they were the first to respond. Pedro and Edwin walked the job down and we agreed to move forward on the project. The job was done in 1 day and their professionalism was hard to miss. They cleaned up nicely and they went above and beyond by raking back the mulch we had. Quality work done at an affordable price. “Eddie and his team did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodel. Their quote was very competitive and they stuck to our budget, with no hidden costs. All of the workers were very friendly and punctual , we never had a incident of them being late or worse not showing up at all. While the quality of their work is very good there was some quality issue that we needed addressed. This to me was one the best qualities of Elegant construction, when we communicated our concerns Eddie didn't make excuses or make us feel uncomfortable about communicating our concerns , he just said " I'll send someone out to fix it" which he did almost immediately. And lastly before we made our final payment he personally came to inspect the job and asked if we were satisfied and if there was anything that needed to be addressed before we made our final payment. At the end of the day Eddie told me what they were going to do and did what he said he would do, to me that's all you can ask for from a contractor. I highly recommend Elegant Construction.“

“I recommend Neilson Construction at the highest level. They built a 350 SF downstairs addition bedroom/bath into our backyard along with a full kitchen remodel. We could not be more pleased. We were referred to them by our interior designer. During initial consultation David identified and suggested some tweaks to our architectural plans which we agreed to. Made the room much more livable. David, his foreman Steve and everyone of their contractors were on time and respectful of our home. The communication was excellent and they were very agreeable to small changes we asked for along the way. We are 3 years from completion and have no issues whatsoever. “Excellent, painless process, from start to finish. Was looking into having a coffee shop built in Orange County, and had no idea where to start. I asked around, and someone told me about this company. I was told they built some wonderful looking shops in Disneyland. From the first call to this company, I was impressed. The women who answered the phone wasn't your typical airhead, that doesn't know anything about construction. She was very blunt, but polite at the same time. She answered all my questions, gave me pointers, suggestions, and set up a meeting with Sean and John. And just like that, I was sitting down with these guys, telling them my vision. They took their notes, asked questions, and layed a foundation out of what I was dreaming. They then set another appointment to come back after they did their research, and prints. It took a bit of time for the guys to finish their research, and I expected that. These things don't happen overnight, and there are a lot of things that need to be in order before permits can even be pulled. In that time, I also got another estimate, so I could compare the two. To make a longer story short, I ended up having Orchid proceed with my dream. And I have never been happier. Their workers are great, very detailed, and I was updated weekly with progress reports. Bottom line, if you want a company that handles everything during construction, this is the team you want. They turned my dream into a real life thing.
