“Vasquez just completed a bathroom renovation for me this week. This was a tub/shower enclosure to a shower only, I'm very happy with the results. When I asked them for a quote, I was provided a detailed list of everything that would be done, along with the quantity of tile needed for the project. (I was supplying the tile). Each day, the work was carefully planned, i.e. demo, plumbing, hot mop, tile, faucet install, and glass installation. We had a few hiccups, but this is to be expected with any renovation. Both Sandra and Wendy were very communicative every step of the way, the guys showed up on time and cleaned up each night. We are waiting a while to get started on the next project, but will definitely call them back when we are ready. Before and after pics attached.“

“It was a pleasure working with Nader Iskander and his associates. We had our garage converted into an ADU. Nader was on top of everything. The whole project took less than 3 months. He designed the project as well as forsaw it from start to finish. We had 640 sq.ft. to work with and he made every square foot count. We ended up with a beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath house. He included some great features like sensored exhaust fan and lighting in the bathroom. The shower doors are also awesome and a huge space saver. The kitchen cabinets are of great quality. He was always available to us for any questions or concerns we had. The process was smooth and even when unforeseen issues came up he addressed them right away. We are very grateful we found NDC.
