“RonDell was recommended to us by our our home insurance provider to renovate a bathroom from the late 60's or early 70's which had issues such as water damage, lead, mold, and asbestos. Nathan, who handled our case, couldn't have been better. There were so many random issues, delays, and setbacks throughout the entire process...none of which were their fault. I can't get into the specifics because the details are personal, suffice to say that Nathan's patience and professionalism carried the day, and is the reason why the project was able to reach a conclusion we were more than satisfied with. “Titan Leard and his team performed exceptionally when they reframed our attached home. I am the owner of and have been directly involved in the major remodel and addition on our home. It is a 56-year-old, attached townhome that never got as much attention as it needed from prior owners. There was a significant amount of dry rot and termite damage throughout the wooden framing, siding, cathedral ceiling, and trim. And, as part of one of the first housing projects in Irvine, now a thriving city, it was built on a low budget.

Titan brought with him almost 40 years of experience in framing and municipal inspection and a team of hard-working, motivated and smart people. Now at the end of the job, their work has paid off. We have a new, modern frame that fulfills our architect’s plans and meets California’s current high standards for residential construction. It all came together in just a few weeks. The team was there early each and every morning, even over the winter holidays, and got to work immediately. Never anything like a mysterious “no show” or a sudden move to another jobsite. Just quality performance. And, even with the extensive “time and material” work replacing substandard wood members, Titan was very fair in his overall cost. No taking advantage of the situation. That is the way to run a quality business.

I also need to mention that Titan came up with several “in the field” suggestions for improving the aesthetics and integrity of the framing to adapt to actual conditions. We discussed them with our architect and structural engineer, both of whom agreed with almost all of the adaptations. So, our home is not only going to be new and modern quality, but the spaces also feel better.

“I contracted with Horizon Construction & Remodeling to remodel my kitchen, which included all new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, appliance installation, and lighting, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. Horizon also replaced cabinets in the dining room, removed blinds, and patched and painted several rooms. David was our project manager.

I highly recommend working with both Horizon and David. He provided an accurate estimate for the work, started and completed the work on time, and was always pleasant and responsive when I had questions. It was my first experience with a kitchen remodel and David proved to be patient and kind, never making me feel like my questions were silly or naive. He responded to all of my texts promptly and delivered on every one of my requests.

The craftsmen employed by Horizon were professional and skilled. They did a fantastic job, and cleaned up as they went along. Horizon also operates a showroom in Fullerton, so I was able to see options in situ, not just small samples. David and everyone I met in the showroom were knowledgeable and friendly. They listened to me, made a real effort to understand my aesthetic, and then made great suggestions.

The entire process from beginning to end (3 months to the day) went just about as smooth as one could hope for such a large project. When it comes time to remodel our bathrooms, I will be calling Horizon again!“

We had voids under the carport, which was cracking and breaking, so the voids were filled with the foam stuff to stabilize the concrete. The concrete was also pressure washed and sealed.
