“We originally approached All In Construction for two bathroom remodels. We had wanted to move the shower from one side of the room to the other as its original location did not allow for a modern sized door and generally restricted options. Once Erick provided a rendering and drawings of what the bathroom could look like after relocating the shower from one side of the room to the other, we knew we had to go with him. Helping us visualize what it could be helped substantially.<br><br>During demo of the downstairs bathroom showed previous repairs by the former owners of the house, and the issues that were covered up. Dry rot and old insect damage that was just covered and never addressed. My heart sunk thinking how much it may cost to address the issues. Erick was empathetic and understanding when discussing next steps to remediate the problems and make things better.<br><br>In the end we ended up expanding the project from the two bathrooms, we added rewiring the whole house, repiping as neighbors had issues with their slabs, completing the two bathrooms and he consistently drove the project forward.<br><br>Erick’s professionalism and problem solving was greatly appreciated, any issue that arose he was quick to address. His team was also noteworthy as they were cheerful individuals that would make small talk and were very upbeat and accommodating.<br><br>We’re thankful we met Erick and were able to work with him and his team. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without Fitzhauer Construction today.<br><br>We discovered an active roof leak in multiple rooms right in the middle of this massive Christmas storm, which the news has described as one of the most intense Southern California has experienced in many years.<br><br>I found Fitzhauer on Yelp and called them in a panic. Even though they were clearly at capacity due to the extreme weather, they were incredibly compassionate and managed to squeeze us in for emergency tarping to help mitigate the damage.<br><br>Ryan and Brian were absolute professionals. Despite the pouring rain, they went up on the roof and handled the emergency mitigation immediately.<br><br>What truly stood out was how patient, honest, and down-to-earth they were. “I contracted with Horizon Construction & Remodeling to remodel my kitchen, which included all new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, appliance installation, and lighting, plumbing, and electrical upgrades. Horizon also replaced cabinets in the dining room, removed blinds, and patched and painted several rooms. David was our project manager.<br><br>I highly recommend working with both Horizon and David. He provided an accurate estimate for the work, started and completed the work on time, and was always pleasant and responsive when I had questions. It was my first experience with a kitchen remodel and David proved to be patient and kind, never making me feel like my questions were silly or naive. “We had a great experience with our roofing project in Corona Del Mar. The crew replaced our roof and two skylights, and the finished work looks excellent. Even our neighbors commented on how nice it turned out. Levi was professional, easy to talk to, and explained the whole roofing process in clear detail. Our older roof did not have a ridge vent or soffit ventilation, and we had received mixed opinions from other roofing contractors. Levi went over the ventilation choices, explained what would work best for our home, and helped us choose the right roofing solution for better airflow and long-term performance. Before the installation started, Levi and Pedro walked the property with us and reviewed all the project details so everything was clear. The roofing crew arrived on schedule, kept us informed, and worked hard through the warm weather. This to me was one the best qualities of Elegant construction, when we communicated our concerns Eddie didn't make excuses or make us feel uncomfortable about communicating our concerns , he just said " I'll send someone out to fix it" which he did almost immediately. And lastly before we made our final payment he personally came to inspect the job and asked if we were satisfied and if there was anything that needed to be addressed before we made our final payment. I was getting the run around with other construction companies until I found Casco Contractors. They helped me build my urgent care center. From the start the company was very responsive and easy to reach. Cassidy and Scott made the perfect team. I found this company online (got lucky). Cassidy showed up following day and was able to get me a quote within couple of days. I gave Cassidy a ball park as to what I can afford and she was able to work with me and cut costs and get me into my range. Cassidy and Scott got the project completed within 90 days and we were able to get my final city approval. Amazing team.
