Our older roof did not have a ridge vent or soffit ventilation, and we had received mixed opinions from other roofing contractors. Levi went over the ventilation choices, explained what would work best for our home, and helped us choose the right roofing solution for better airflow and long-term performance. Before the installation started, Levi and Pedro walked the property with us and reviewed all the project details so everything was clear. The roofing crew arrived on schedule, kept us informed, and worked hard through the warm weather. They were respectful of our property, covered the shrubs, protected the area around the house, and did a careful cleanup at the end of each day. We also had a leak issue with water getting in near the fireplace area. The team repaired the chimney masonry and flashing at the top, and the problem was fully taken care of.
