“The therapists at Orthopaedic Spine Care and Change Physical Therapy are EXCELLENT!!! They are pleasant , caring, skilled and interested in helping you achieve success in your rehabilitation. They inquire about your goals and level of activity you would like to reach and then gear exercises to help you improve in attaining that goal. I’ve been impressed that each session builds upon the previous ones so you’re not repeating things and are being constantly challenged.
They also offer water therapy where you perform exercises on a treadmill in a warmed water tank.
It has been a pleasurable and encouraging experience. I look forward to each session in my journey back to rehabilitation.

“I had mastitis really bad and reached out to Holly and she was able to get me in that same day. She treated me for mastitis with the ultrasound therapy and it changed my life!!! My mastitis ended up going away and I didn’t have to go on antibiotics! She and everyone in her office was so incredibly kind to me and I felt so taken care of. 10/10 recommend if you need mastitis treatment!!“

“I went to Dr.Vic and his wife Elyse for over a month this past summer. They are both Amazing people and fantastic practitioners!! They are great body workers, especially post surgery and excellent educators about orthopedics and the body. I got a tremendous amount out of my time with them and my body feels great. They have a wonderful gym also and gave great private instruction in the gym facility. Since I live out of the country, I'm not able to see them now but I am Definitely returning to their place once I am back in California. I'm grateful for their help and support. Highly recommended..“
