“The service is outstanding! I've been there several times, and feel like I rolled up onto a superman. My daughters phone was dropped ,screen didn't work ,and we just simply could not wait. Single mom here, Verizon doesn't help anymore with anything and their warranties and insurance companies are terrible!! Then I thought ......will just take a chance and go into fryedphones! Sure enough, he knew exactly what was wrong right away very knowledgeable almost off work and took the phone anyway and fixed it right away for us in one hour. I was so relieved and my daughter was so happy. It's a great place to also buy used but refurbished laptops, fried phones is its repair company within right next to Pollys pies! He only charged us $110 He saved us about $1000 by not having to go buy a darn new phone or have to make payments. Thanks so much we will be back for everything.“

“I was going out of town and needed to get my sons ipad's screen fixed asap. I called them and they were able to squeeze me in. They fixed the screen within 30min. While I was waiting there i had a nice conversation with the owner, she was very friendly. Her husband who worked on the ipad was also very friendly and gave us thorough instructions before using the ipad. The price was very good. I can 100% recommend them.“

“Oh wow this store is game friendly and repairs phones and gaming electronics! ALSO THEY HAVE LYCAMOBILE PLANS for T-MOBILE. Unlimited calls and text for 75+ countries! Their data plans are amazing and you seriously don’t want boost or simple mobile they are complete rip offs. Their shop looks like a Mario themed store so you can’t miss it at the end of the entrance it’s a yellow store. I’m coming here often to top up my phone data plans often. People of Santa Ana needs to realize that they do a fabulous job connecting people around the world. Gracias!! Also they have great hotspot for Lyca and will not rip you off on data usage!!“

“Always good and decent prices. I had to trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max and the back screen was broken. I thought T-Mobile was going to deny it but they didn’t. It wasn’t authentic. The back wasn’t, but they still accepted the phone so with that being if you plan to trading your phone and your back screen is cracked then you’re in the clear although the front screen I’ve never tried and I’ve never cracked it but T-Mobile will definitelytell the difference on the front because the pixels will probably be noticed.“

“Arranging the appointment was a bit of a hassle, but it was made for the same day and the rest of the experience was excellent. The charge port on my iPhone was no longer connecting to the charge cable. I had the problem previously, but I was able to clean the debris out myself. This time not so. I was convinced that I had damaged it during cleaning attempts and needed a port replacement. The Geek thought perhaps not, so she cleaned it free of charge. Works fine.“
