The service is outstanding! I've been there several times, and feel like I rolled up onto a superman. My daughters phone was dropped ,screen didn't work ,and we just simply could not wait. Single mom here, Verizon doesn't help anymore with anything and their warranties and insurance companies are terrible!! Then I thought ......will just take a chance and go into fryedphones! Sure enough, he knew exactly what was wrong right away very knowledgeable almost off work and took the phone anyway and fixed it right away for us in one hour. I was so relieved and my daughter was so happy. It's a great place to also buy used but refurbished laptops, fried phones is its repair company...read full review

This guy is LEGIT!!!!! not only did he respond. 1.best price. 2.met me on time. 3.redid my daughters apple watch repair for half price.4. returned watch on a Sunday so my daughter would not freak outSuper good guy. i cannot thank him enough for the great work. and super service. LEGIT Good Guy!!!!!!!!

Great service. Nice people :) Straight to the point, very fast and very affordable. If I'm having an issue with another phone in the future (which I hope I won't) I would definitively go there without even looking at the competition.Highly recommended business
