Look, I have the worst luck with phones and I finally found my FIX it place! I was in a bind and NEEDED my data from my iPhone but my screen would not turn on after dropping it. I walked into CIR and was immediately greeted by Nick and Ryan. They were both friendly and warm, and almost as funny as I am.I am the dullest tool in the shed when it comes to technology, and these two gentlemen let me ask 101 questions while they repaired my phone. I feel silly enough as it is not being techy but these two not only answered my questions, but really tried to help explain things to me.I have several devices that need fixing and I clearly have found a great spot! Excellent service! I dropped in to repair the broken screen on my iPhone X. The prices were very reasonable. The work was done in less than 30 minutes, and the repair work was excellent. Definitely recommended for any repair needs!

The duo at CIR Irvine were clear on pricing and on estimated work time. Inside the shop, the techs work on the products in the lobby allowing anyone who dropped off an electronic to see how the products CIR received are being worked on. Very transparent, organized, and respectful. I would highly recommend anyone send in their phone for a repair, as well as other electronics.
