We thought we had a simple garbage disposal clog but couldn’t fix it ourselves so we had to call out a plumber. Well it turned out to be a 2 1/2 hour job. We were looking at some cracked corroded pipes and a rusted nut but our plumber Charlie got them fixed up like a champ. He was very determined to get them replaced and in perfect condition before he left. Thank God he knew what he was doing. These old pipes aren’t what they used to be. Great Service and very knowledgeable on how to fix what needed to be fixed. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Charlie from roto rooter arrived promptly ready to tackle the mess ,went directly to the source and got the lines cleared ,and gave recommendations on what not to flush due to age of the house and gave good pointers on how to prevent future problems.
I really want to thank Tyler for fixing our clogged toilet . I think the service was great and they were very prompt when I called to get a appointment on the weekend . I think he did a great job . Also it was a great value for everything.
