Mr. Mailhot overheard my question with the Home Depot guys (who were steering me in the wrong direction), and not only did he give me advice, but told me how to resolve my problem, showed me what part and tools I would need, and gave me his number in case I had any problem. Instead of discouraging me from doing this task myself; he indicated that I should be able to handle this project (and I did). “I had a great experience using Ascent plumbing. I have a 1961 single story with galvanized piping. I was starting to have a gurgle when the toilet was flushed. Bob and Travis were on top of there game. Brought a borescope and ran from the roof vent line to the main. Low and behold there was some breakage and some old shady work performed decades back. I had no main clean out but now I do thank's to Bob, Travis and the water jetting guys. I hated to spend the money but owning a home comes with this type of unfortunate maintenance action. I think it was money well spent in the end. Could have cost me a lot more had it backed up into the house. I highly recommend Ascent plumbing, at the very least the guys in Yucaipa, thank you gentlemen we appreciate your help.“

I was given a quote for replacing the water heater, which I thought was fair. Ian and Chance arrived in the two hour window I was given. They did a fantastic job!
