“Vinyl Concepts’ excellent reputation is well-deserved. It started with Art working up a quote for a project that went through a few revisions before we settled on a final design. Art’s quote was one of four we got. Price was competitive, but the quality of VC’s materials and their customer service (both from Art and their in-house support staff) was noticeably a cut above any of their competitors. The project involved 100’ of 6’ vinyl fencing with one standard gate, and two 16’ rolling gates that come together to lock and form a corner. One of the sliding gates was a bit tricky, as the track was slightly sloped and the gate needed to be skewed accordingly so it’d align flush top to bottom at the corner. That corner is removable to facilitate getting a truck and trailer out of the yard. All of this was executed with total precision. Installation with Taron and Andre took three days. Impressive considering how much labor was involved, to include hand mixing and pouring what looked like dozens of bags of concrete. Taron and Andre were total pros, showing up early every day, and doing excellent work. If I ever had ideas about tackling a DIY project like this, they cured me of that! This is absolutely a job for folks who know what they’re doing. Vinyl Concepts’ work for us has not gone unnoticed. Several neighbors have mentioned how nice the fence looks, and one neighbor (who has a general contracting business) actually ended up working with VC to have a fence installed on his property based on our referral and seeing the quality of VC’s work. Can’t recommend them highly enough, and we’ll be having them do some pergola work for us soon.“

“This review is long overdue, but Sam built three redwood gates with fencing for me a couple years back and I was, and still am, very happy with the results. The existing rotten (and termite infested) gates and a fence on a block wall were removed and new gates and fencing were installed with the design being simple, functional, and termite resistant due to the redwood construction. The cost was reasonable and installation was done within the agreed time period with good communication between us. After a few years the gates still function perfectly and the finish and construction have held up nicely.Sam also removed a termite infested balcony railing and built and painted a new redwood railing that was exactly what I wanted and showed great attention to detail. Like the gates and fencing, it is holding up very nicely.If you desire new fencing or gates then I think you would be happy with Sam. I have every intention of turning to Sam when I have new projects.“
