“Juan is great! He was very efficient, and quick to respond. We were looking for not only a regular gardener for maintenance services, but also to refresh the old desert landscaping (which previously had faded mulch and all the DG had blown away and started to look old). Juan gave me the fastest and the best quote and worked within my budget to make everything look perfect. He and his crew worked all day to do the job on time. I had a deadline because my tenants were moving in the next couple days, so he fit me into his busy schedule to make the front and back yards look perfect. He also removed old trash and washed the cement and patio areas. Even my neighbors commented how nice and new everything looked, and how they saw everybody working so hard all day. In summary, I am so impressed with the professional job, but also the great communication and fast and reliable response times, and also the way he really worked within my time and money constraints. I highly recommend!“

“I retained J&J fence to install a 8 foot plastic composite security fence along 50 feet of the side of the LA property with a gate. They came out for the initial evaluation and took all measurements. The fence was going to have to be fabricated to take into account brick pilasters and a slope from the garage to the front side of the compound. We also needed a solid base as the fence would be subjected to afternoon strong winds. We also wanted to use an inland empire manufactures fencing products. A week later they arrived and prepared the site for the install. They installed the fence framework into concrete in one day, came back the next day to install concrete inside the posts and a third day to install the gate. Then they cleaned the entire area. We are very pleased with the final product. The final product is stunning, solid and comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Avoid the big box store "cheap fences" which blister and fade. 10 out of 10 company on all fronts.“

We were shy about hiring someone else but once we met the owner of Coast Iron Works we knew he was an honest man. His crew (very pleasant gentlemen as well) did three outstanding jobs for us and anytime we need an adjustment because of the ground constantly shifting they come right out and make it right again. It is so comforting for old folks like us to have faith in this company“
“This review is long overdue, but Sam built three redwood gates with fencing for me a couple years back and I was, and still am, very happy with the results. The existing rotten (and termite infested) gates and a fence on a block wall were removed and new gates and fencing were installed with the design being simple, functional, and termite resistant due to the redwood construction. The cost was reasonable and installation was done within the agreed time period with good communication between us. After a few years the gates still function perfectly and the finish and construction have held up nicely.Sam also removed a termite infested balcony railing and built and painted a new redwood railing that was exactly what I wanted and showed great attention to detail. Like the gates and fencing, it is holding up very nicely.If you desire new fencing or gates then I think you would be happy with Sam. I have every intention of turning to Sam when I have new projects.“
