“This review is long overdue, but Sam built three redwood gates with fencing for me a couple years back and I was, and still am, very happy with the results. The existing rotten (and termite infested) gates and a fence on a block wall were removed and new gates and fencing were installed with the design being simple, functional, and termite resistant due to the redwood construction. The cost was reasonable and installation was done within the agreed time period with good communication between us. After a few years the gates still function perfectly and the finish and construction have held up nicely.Sam also removed a termite infested balcony railing and built and painted a new redwood railing that was exactly what I wanted and showed great attention to detail. Like the gates and fencing, it is holding up very nicely.If you desire new fencing or gates then I think you would be happy with Sam. I have every intention of turning to Sam when I have new projects.“

“I needed large pool handrails/installation and had a tough time finding a vendor who offered this service.
I found King’s, sent in an inquiry, received a response the same day, was sent options of handrails, measurements, pricing requirements and additional information all through text messaging. The order was placed, contracts signed. The handrails arrived several weeks earlier than I expected.
Zac and Rose were here at the exact time promised this morning and completed the job in a couple of hours.

“Installers were timely and worked very hard. Our fence was done in less days than originally expected. There work was very professional, clean and conscientious. Quality is good and solid. We love our fence and so do all of our neighbors.“

“Vinyl Concepts ultimately delivered, even though there was a mistake on their employee’s part. In the end, I received exactly what I was promised: a functional gate, just as I had envisioned.

There was a hiccup with one project consultant who tried to place blame on me and leaned on the contract as a technicality for not delivering. The issue stemmed from the slope under my old gate, which left a large opening that allowed critters—skunks, raccoons, possums, and cats—to pass through. The first gate did not resolve that issue as promised.

What impressed me was that the people who truly care about standing behind their company stepped in, corrected the mistake, and made it right. That speaks volumes about their character and commitment to their customers. Attached are before-and-after photos of the corrected gate. It has now been seven months since the fix, and I have not had a single animal crawl under the space. I know nothing is completely foolproof, but the improvement has been significant.

When things don’t go as planned, the way a company steps up to find solutions is the truest display of professionalism and character. Vinyl Concepts did exactly that—and for me, that deserves 5 stars.“
