Arthur fantastic! A modern day MacGyver. I hired Arthur to install a 30-lb chandelier and 8 LED recessed lights. We ran into electrical issues with both. While these were out of scope of the project, Arthur was determined to complete the job and complete it correctly. He fixed the electrical issue with the chandelier, and replaced the housing / cans for the recessed lights. He even went to Home Depot with me to select them and asked the associates there to give me a discount as well. Arthur has redefined customer services. No matter how long it took, he was determined to get it done and get it done correctly and safely. He even pointed out risk areas to review later as well. He also had all the tools required on hand so there was no issue he wasn't prepared for. Finally, he was incredibly polite, and respectful of the home ensuring he was keeping the work areas clear of debris. I'll be hiring Arthur again soon! Did I mention he does plumbing, wood working, etc.!?!
Arthur is seriously amazing! I initially called him to mount a single 83" TV above the fireplace in my home. He did such a fantastic job... just a few days later I called him again to mount another 75" in an ADU, but then turned into a 3rd call to mount a 55 and 65" TV into my parents home. Haha Here is what impressed me most...Arthur is as meticulous as they come - that whole concept of "measure twice, cut once" is Arthur 100%. He took his time, checked in often to ensure I was satisfied, and was SUPER tidy. I pretty sure my house was left cleaner than when he arrived. Lol I asked him to help me with the lighting and sound system for the 75" and he as able to set all that up seamlessly. I am so grateful I found him. I absolutely recommend him!!!!
Arthur was patient and accommodating throughout the process. Asked plenty of questions to assure that I got exactly what I was looking for. From the moment I requested my TV to be mounted to the final install, he would always make sure I was satisfied with the results. Easy to talk to and overall would recommend! I will surely be asking for his services in the near future.
