I reached out with zero experience and felt very welcomed since the start.Julianne is very experienced and detailed oriented which lets her tailor the class sessions specifically to your body and needs. The studio itself is always clean, scheduling and payments are easy, and in general everything seems taken care of and maintained.If you internalize the lessons from the classes in to your lifestyle, you will see progress and a stronger healthier body. I’ve only been going here a few months but the sessions are are always very rewarding and fun for me.“

“I recently had the experience of having whiplash from a car accident, and my neck was bothering me and one side was tighter than the other. Kathryn is an extremely perceptive person who is an expert at her craft. She was able to identify tightness in my hips (not my neck!) and after working on my hips, my neck tightness was fixed on both sides of my neck. She also noticed a diagonally-shaped tightness across my chest which I was not conscious of but was changing my breathing and motion - turned out to be tightness from being pulled tight by the seatbelt.I highly recommend Kathryn to anyone and everyone who wants to improve themselves.“
