She also added a lot of dimension which I wanted, overall really love my hair. Will recommend to all my friends.

Rocio is a great makeup artist! Her makeup skills are excellent! She had just the right products and also she does keep her brushes and sponges very clean. Loved working with her and would love her to do my makeup again. I had allergies the day she did my makeup and she was so gentle and made sure the products she used will not flare up my allergies.

The owner Cindy is awesome! She fixed my nails and I appreciate her time she did not cut corners. She gave me a beautiful full acrylic and her nail shaping is chefs kiss. Apparently I started developing fungus (gross) and instead of painting over them she took off my old acrylic and removed all the green areas. A moment of detail most shops would overlook. Annie was really nice as well and gave a great pedicure. This will definitely be my spot moving forward :) <3

After moving to Hollister from Los Gatos I had to find a stylist that was closer because let’s be real…..traffic would make a simple hair appointment a full day event. I went to Jennifer initially to have wefts I had removed a year prior reinstalled. She mentioned how heavy they felt and I told her that was one of the reasons I initially had them removed but it was my first time having extensions so I wanted to try again. She let me know that she was happy to install them, knowing that buying the hair is a large expense but also gave me the option for a different t type of extensions that were a lot lighter. I went ahead and opted to order the new hair and I have been IN LOVE ever since! These are not only so comfortable but seamlessly melt into my natural hair and I receive compliments on my hair nearly every day. She did an amazing job color matching and is SO knowledgeable about extension maintenance all while being budget conscious and realistic. I’m so thankful that I found her and if your in and around the Gilroy area and looking for someone you can trust with your hair…..Jennifer is your girl!! ??????
Came in a bit ago (I’m so sorry, this is long overdue!) and got my hair cut by Sara.
I had done my research and was looking for somewhere that was going to have a stylist for the haircut that I wanted (lots of layering), and once I came across her page I knew that I wasn’t going to be disappointed.
Not only was my hair cut amazingly, but Sara was also so kind and friendly too. I hadn’t gotten my hair cut in well over a year, and the whole experience was truly great. I loved the environment as well, and the whole aesthetic of the salon. This was important to me because I have major panic and anxiety attacks, and I was afraid I’d feel uncomfortable, but Sara made sure that I felt as comfortable as possible the entire time.

In town for work and I love going to Aveda salons ..rarely do the disappoint. The salon is cozy located downtown Gilroy. One thing I look forward to at Aveda salons is the Tea (or wine) unfortunately I do not think they had any as it wasn't offered by receptionist when I arrived. I also look forward to the hand message, or aromatic scalp message with warm towel wrap...this tends to vary from salon to salon. I didn't experience any of these either. However BECKY my stylist was AMAZING! She listened to what I was looking for and far exceeded my expectations! She is why I am giving 4 stars.. had any of the other things happened this would be 5 stars for sure. Maybe it was just an off day. Either way I will return while In town simply to get an amazing cut with great conversation from BECKY :)

The ambiance when you walk in is unbeatable. The hospitality from the entire staff during the check in process is incredible. I got a deep tissue massage from Nora and it was incredible. I walked in very tense with a couple of huge knots & walked out totally relaxed. Will definitely be returning when I get the chance.

Reilly's was very good to us. Me and my son were playing catch outside and the football hit an outside water line and it broke. Water gushing everywhere, including into our basement. I called and Chris was here in 20 minutes, fixed it fast and well done. I've had other plumbers here before, but I wont call them back before I call Reilly's

We have a tankless water heater that stopped functioning and called Ernie's plumbing. They sent out a qualified tech that was specialized in our type of water heater. He advised us that it was initially plumbed in improperly and provided us with several options to correct the issue. I'd like to say I'm very satisfied with the staff at Ernie's Plumbing. I found them to be quite honest, professional, and they arrived on time. The job was completed and our water heater is working perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
Angel was so professional, efficient and neat. I didn’t have a huge clean up job after he was done. He was able to add a 250v to my laundry area with very minimal cutting out of my walls, then found the one light bulb on my chandelier that was caused a fuse to blow in an entire section of my house. His price was fair. I referred him to my sister. He’s our go to guy for electrical work now.

Extremely happy but I totally regret not taking before and after pictures of my kitchen and dining room floors. The grout was seriously dirty and actually looked brown. It had not been cleaned for some time as I was limiting services coming to my home due to Covid. Cleaning Services did an awesome job. The tiles and grout looks like new. The grout is white and I love it. I just sit there and admire my floor. The cleaning team was pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend Cleaning Services.

I've now had two great interactions with SVHF. They did an awesome job refinishing our floors on our house back in 2014. We called them up again for another place. After assessing our floors Tony gave an honest opinion that the best thing to do was just clean and fill. He took the time to explain all the options and why he recommended that over actually getting them refinished or replaced. He recommended some products and explained the basics.
We used Rob for a new hardwood floor (hickory) in our home (about 1700 sq feet). He was remarkable. On time, on budget and very easy to work with. We even ran into some issues on the subfloor that he repaired - and to top it off, he added a great base along the entire house. I would reccomend him to anyone.

I hired McCowan's Construction to remodel my master bathroom which is huge! I had a vision of what I wanted and it wasn't anything like what I had. Ron took me around to different tile and stone shops. All of a sudden, I knew exactly what I wanted. They gave me a quote and a timeline. Everything went right on schedule. They had the best crew working with them. Everything was spot on. My bathroom came out better than I could have ever imagined. I have to show it to anyone that comes over. These guys were just incredible! I already have another job lined up that I need them to give me a quote on. McCowan's Construction is just the best.
Tim and his team are amazing professionals. Tim explained everything in details, sent me the quote via email, and I made him a special ask to finish the house before a special gathering. The project to paint the exterior of a 2 stories home took them 2 days, from preparation (seal cracks, pressure wash, covers, repairing any cracks on stucco) and 3 days to actually paint. They were on time every day, very respectful, their staff had attention to details by covering neighbors' cars close to my home to avoid any headache, and also covering my roses. The job is awesome, he will use only high-end/excellent quality paint. I liked the detailed painting on fascia and trims, it's super well aligned around windows. Their staff also helped me install exterior window shutters and they also replaced the an old door toekick and threshold so it looks nice again! They will put the stuff they moved to make room back where it belongs before they are gone. Super recommend Tim and his team!

Frank made our kitchen of our dreams. It was easy to communicate with him and make our dreams come to life. He has a great eye for detail, intricate designs, and symmetry. Their installers were great and fast. The secretary was very receptive and helpful. It was great and wonderful working with them to make our dream kitchen. Would recommend to anyone who wants good quality wood furniture.
He was able to point out details we weren’t aware of which would impede the development of the kitchen and proposed solutions. He was able to color match our island to our china cabinet. Allowed us to bring home wood samples to compare to our walls and tile choices. We purchased some beautiful handles with him that helped accentuate the details carved in the cabinets. He made us a custom cutting board with a hole to dispose of our scraps which was right over the waste bin cabinet. His team installed some beautiful under cabinet lighting. And some convenient toe kicks within the actual cabinets to avoid ramming into the cabinets. Every shelf is adjustable and I love the engravings of the company name to help remind you who gave you your dream kitchen.
Frank was a subcontractor on a project I worked on in Hillsborough. It's commonly hard working with subs and never was with Frank. The cabinets he and West Valley built for us were very well done. The project only called for paint grade lumber but you could tell that did not at all affect their quality of craftsmanship. Everything was very well built and sturdy. Quality European hinges made everything easily adjustable if necessary. All joints were beautiful and every finished surface was sanded to perfection. Additionally, I called on Frank to do the install as well. He squeezed us in a little last minute and still at a reasonable price. He did a great job scribing the cabinets to fit the extremely non-plum walls we were working with like a glove. He even provided his expertise in working with us and the countertop installers on some design modifications to make the cabinetry and counters work better together than the designers designed them to.
Abel was the one who did the original inspection, was very professional and informative.Jonathan was the technician who completed the job. He was also very professional and got the job done in a timely fashion. Great customer service!

Pete came out to inspect some work that was done by another contractor. Pete was very honest and gave me some good ideas and tips to try out. I really appreciated his quick response to my call and for him taking his time to come out and do a site inspection. I hope to use him in the future, it's hard to find honest people who give good advice.
Guillermo and his crews planted 4 gigantic trees in 5-feet x 5-feet box for our landscaping project. He surveyed our backyard twice with Eddie, then the arborist Lee came again to explain everything and helped us picking out Coastal Live Oak trees & a beautiful Arbutus Marina tree at their nursery. Both Guillermo and Lee were so knowledgeable and patient that we ended up with 4 enormous big trees. Kudos to the project manager Roman. He's articulate, detail oriented, and extremely professional. He communicated with us during and afterwards with prompt response. Last but not the least, their team were absolutely the hardest working, humble and funny guys: Carlos! Mario! Condrado! Javier! It's June 30th 2025, and, the property management where I work has decided to cut/trim this really annoying pine tree. It's so messy, and, no body could want this particular tree gone MORE than I do. But, it may have nesting chicks, so, I asked the fellas about nesting season and they were so thorough,. They did not just continue cutting, they called their boss, I believe he may be the owner/operator? And he spoke with me personally, we discussed our mutual concern for all nesting bird species, and, he will have his guys check for nests. I respect this Tree Service and would refer them anytime. I had a decent experience with the dentist; the staff was friendly, but I felt like I waited a bit longer than I expected. Overall, it was fine, but I’d like to see them improve on the timing next visit.
My 89 year old parents have been Dr Antrim's patients for the past five years. Dr Antrim has been wonderful and on more than one occasion she has come in to take care of their dental emergencies inspite of her office being closed! We are lucky to have such a caring dentist in our community.

I’ve gone to Dr. Pluckhan for myself and have always had the best experience! I heard he did infant chiropractic work and my 11 week old had been experiencing a lot of congestion. My son loved meeting Dr. Pluckhan and once he was adjusted you could hear the difference in his breathing! He slept so well that night ( a full 8 hour stretch!) and the team was able to fit us in the next day for another quick adjustment to relieve more tension. I’ve always loved how caring and thoughtful the staff is and highly recommend Dr. Pluckhan to anyone that is looking for a chiropractor!

Where do I even start…Angela is the best massage you will ever experience!!!!! She always starts the massage by asking what it is you would like to work on. If you are seeking relaxation you tell her or if you need her healing hands. I took that moment to tell her that my shoulder had been killing me where I can’t even put my bra on! And she got to work! She helped relieve the pain I was experiencing due to bad form from lifting something heavy. She is truly gifted in healing. I go to her every month to keep up the progress she’s made. Annha is an absolute angel in disguise. I had been putting off doing acupuncture for years for my chronic pain after several providers and other have recommended it. She makes you feel so at ease, even when your world seems to be folding in on itself. At times, I found myself zoned out post visit, which is excellent for those suffering from anxiety and racing thoughts. I highly recommend this amazing place. Just be aware that she is super booked because she is excellent, so be patient. It will be worth it!
