I have been searching for a honest/dependable plumber for awhile and came upon Lujan's Plumbing on Yelp. From scheduling with Angela with ease on the phone and having the option of using an App for communication, to Tim's arrival for the appointment, everything was above my expectation. Tim gave clear explanation of plumbing issues and provided solutions. Never did he upsell up. Gave me a very reasonable quote which I agreed and started working right away on a Sunday.

Lujan’s Plumbing & Rooter was excellent to work with. Tim, the owner, is very patient and takes the time to clearly explain what he’s doing and why. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and came fully prepared with all the right equipment to get the job done properly. He quickly cleared a clog and then used a camera to confirm the line was completely clear before finishing the job.
Angela was also a pleasure to work with—very friendly, organized, and efficient. The whole process was smooth, and the payment process was simple and easy.

I am happy with Tim's excellent service for installing the Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor. He worked hard to meet my expectations and determine the cause of the issue with the outlet. Tim was very nice in replacing the drain valve on my water softener without charge. His good manners are a pleasure to work with.
