Big Bear plumbing to the rescue!!! I had an emergency situation that required immediate attention. Today’s a Sunday so the other businesses I contacted were unavailable BUT, Big Bear was ON IT!! They were able to come out right away and provided thorough and expedient service as well as options for future potential problems and a warranty on their work! I was highly impressed as I haven’t been provided a warranty ever by any other companies. Also, very friendly, knowledgeable and great work ethic. 5 stars! Huzzah!
Gabriel and his colleague were super quick to respond to my need to fix a run spout, he explained everything well and with patience, got the job in no time, and all at a fair price. And they're really nice people on top of that.
