The technician Brandon who came out was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to identify the issue right away and knew exactly what needed to be done. Western Way came out today to treat for subterranean termites. Jonathan was professional thorough, and I felt that he was experienced and knew exactly what to do. They will be coming out in the future to do the tenting on our house. I am so glad we found this company. They are amazing from start to finish.
