I had a terrific experience today at Wenny's Salon. I went in for a perm on my long fine hair and I am so pleased with what Wenny did. She cut off my split ends and layered my hair a bit so that it would have more fullness. Today is Sunday, and she stayed open to accommodate me as I have a hard time getting away from child care duties. Wenny was very attentive to the work at hand and was very pleasant. I never felt rushed. I appreciate her doing such a great job, and highly recommend her salon.

It’s always clean in there and David’s mellow attitude is so welcome.
He is very meticulous and thoughtful with his work but also doesn’t take crazy long like some detail-protected stylists.
My magic straight was very professional and his pricing was honest. I already have fairly straight hair so he adjusted his quote when he saw me in person.
Kids cuts - I love that he is calm and quick. I’ve been to 7 local salons for my boys’ cuts so far and he’s had the most mastery over the very soft Asian baby hair! Both cuts were done in 15 minutes each. Again meticulous and created very clean lines.

Jacob, the owner, is the only barber in the South Bay who confidently shaves me against the grain for my skin fade. It takes a true artist to do that, many say they can, but most feel shaky when it comes time.

He was super cool and he asked questions about what I wanted and he took his time during the cut. I got a shadow fade and beard trim. I felt like a million bucks when I looked in the mirror. The shop vibe was cool and had good music in the background. Other barbers were friendly. I felt like I'd been going to this shop for years. Jason was down to earth and had good conversations. Overall I highly recommend this place if you're new in town and trying to find a good barbershop.

I was going here consistently because I liked the service. Every time I made an appointment ahead of time yet most times I came, I would have to wait at least 15 minutes. The last time both technicians were clearly in early stages of doing others' nails, I was asked to wait 30 minutes. If I made an appointment, this is just unacceptable to me and I have now found a new salon.

Tony the owner and his wife are always friendly and yes their prices have gone up a bit but what hasn't. They do a great job and if there's a issue your more than welcome to come back and they will correct for free pending on the severity.

I'm just an old guy getting ink during my midlife crisis. Suddenly at 50, I decided I needed tattoos, but such is life. My wife had previously gotten a couple of pieces here and highly recommended Onizuka so I knew I would be in good hands. I had the pleasure of connecting with Chuy for my first piece; my sons' middle names done in Canterbury Old English. Chuy is a talented artist and an absolute perfectionist. It also doesn't hurt that he's just a genuinely awesome dude. As soon as the first piece healed, I called to make another appointment to get my second piece, my family crest. I absolutely love both pieces done by Chuy and will be getting my next tat done by him in the near future. Mark who does the scheduling and works the front desk, is also a super chill and funny dude. Mark even texted me shortly after my first piece to check up on me and make sure things were healing well. How great is that? I've also interacted with some of the other artists, and everyone is super friendly and makes you feel at home. If you're interested in having work done here, expect a lead time of about 1-3 months depending on the artist. They are apparently quite busy and for good reason. Thanks gentlemen! I'll be back.

He walked me through the process from start to end - telling me what he is doing and why he is doing it. He did beautiful work with amazing details and clean lines. Leo and his guys located and fixed multiple gas leaks in my house. The largest repair required digging a trench in the backyard and replacing a gas line. They got it done as quickly as possible given the size of the job, and their work was very professional. He gave me a fair price and stuck to his initial quote even after weather prolonged the job.
These guys were great at stopping a leak in my apt. My management called them and they made two trips to ensure everything was okay. They had to open a wall to find a pipe that had burst and corroded. They were able to fix the leak & get my hot water working again the same night. So grateful! Thanks guys! I’m so grateful to have found Mattucci Plumbing. Between Mike and Joseph, a very frustrating kitchen faucet situation was solved within 7 hours of my initial call with Mike! Joseph installed the new faucet easily as well as helped me solve an additional plumbing mystery.

I have been suffering from bulging discs, lumbar stenosis, neck pain, shoulder pain, groin pain, and thighs, frequent fatigue and feeling of unwellness. I have been to several chiropractors, including undergoing the spinal decompression therapy. All these didn't help, and my pain got worst to a point where I can hardly walk and has affected my day to day activities. A friend recommended Dr. Nakano, and I did not hesitate to go see him. On the 1st session, he did some xrays and explained what was going on w/ my posture, and allignment. He did some gentle treatment , and I can't believe how my pain on my shoulder , neck and upper back vanished on the 2nd day after my 1st session. I went back for my 2nd session yesterday, and Dr Nakano did some spine allignment and gentle manipulation. Today, I continue to feel better, w/ minimal pain, and can walk a lot better w/ out the aid of a walker. He is truly an angel sent. He is old school , but he is very knowledgeable in how to handle your particular condition. I am so thankful to have found him . Not to mention his very friendly and kind front desk staff, Gabby. I will continue going to my sessions until I feel completely healed. Recommending him to my friends and relatives is all I can do to show my appreciation .

After a visit to the vet, it was confirmed that she was paralyzed from the waist down and there was nothing our vet could do to help her. Over the course of the following year, she did regain her ability to walk and made what we’d consider to be a 90% recovery.At that time, we hadn’t yet had the pleasure of meeting Dr Yoshida, but years later while under the care of Dr Yoshida for his own recovery, my husband learned that he also works on dogs!As mentioned, our senior pup is now almost 17 years old, and since her injury, has had a few setbacks for which Dr Yoshida has repeatedly been able to help her recover. He is so good with her and always seems to know exactly what she needs. We are so grateful for his care and our little girl wouldn’t be feeling nearly as good today if not for Dr Yoshida. Thanks Doc!

Dr. Miyashiro and her staff are very caring and sympathetic in difficult situations. Had to put my dog down recently. They showed so much compassion to my wife and I. The receptionist was super friendly and easy to explain the reason for the visit. They do accept care credit, cash and cc. The vet was sweet and took her time with our dog. She prescribed medication and was really specific of each test that was recommended. Park in is very limited in the front but they do have parking in the back, it’s just a bit hard/narrow driving into the lot.
What an amazing place warm and welcoming for your fur baby! They did an amazing job and highly recommend the service is outstanding. I loved the bow tie they gave him.

Getting an appointment is difficult most times. I used to go twice per month like clockwork, but when the massage therapist took some time off, it's been hard getting back in on the day's I desire.On another note, the service is great and the place is very clean, quaint and I love it.

Massages in LA usually cost $100-$150 per hour.
So if you go to a place like this that offers you a bargain deal of $50 for an hour massage, it’s common knowledge to give a big tip as a thank you for the 50% + discount.
I paid $50 plus a $20 tip, so $70 total.
That’s still an amazing deal if you compare $70 to the normal $100 plus tip.
They are saving me $30 -$50.
I felt very welcomed.
If they asked other people to tip, they are simply being honest.
People should know to tip, especially when they receive a bargain deal.
And if the staff repeated themselves as someone else mentioned, “tip, tip,” that’s just their culture to talk that way.
And they probably were concerned with being ripped off as anyone else would be. Because again, people should know to tip well when receiving a discount.

I came in the middle of the day from next door’s restaurant. I was a walk-in and asked if they had availability later. And they said that was fine to come back.
They have a restroom inside for guests only.
My massage therapist was very professional and kind.
It was the same procedure and skill level as I would find in Santa Monica paying $175 for an hour massage.
The first part she worked on my body with the towel over my body. This enables them to move and work with the body more manually. Then she worked directly on the skin with massage oil.
First, she worked on my back side and then my front side.
The massage therapist put 100% effort into the massage.
She asked if the pressure was alright several times at the beginning of the Massage.
So if you need lighter pressure, they can accommodate that.
They were so skilled, using their forearms and elbows when necessary to help work the muscles.
Again, this is one of the best massages I received! I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely be back! ????

I finally decided to come here due to my congestion and allergy symptoms. This place really feels like a whole in the wall! Most places I was looking at were charging triple what they charge here and that's not the reason why I decided to give this place a try, but the good reviews lured me in. I didn't have an appointment but I didn't have to wait long. I just filled out a form and was seen within about 5 minutes. Dr. Chang was very knowledgeable, I also loved his honesty, he said he couldn't help me, because my symptoms weren't exactly allergies. I think anyone else would have tried to sell me something just because. But he was honest and thoroughly explained to me what could help me and how the body/mind works that could be affecting it. I will definitely be back if I ever get any aches and pains!! I know he will definitely take care of me!!
I rarely write reviews, but I have never been so impressed with a treatment or doctor. I was suffering due to some inflammation in my knee area. Dr. Jason, really listened to me the way you would want your western medicine doctor to one day hear you. He was relentless in bringing down the inflammation. He gave me time and tried a few different techniques to get me there. The care that this man put into making me feel better was remarkable. He was generous with his time and patience and he has a lifelong client now. Thank you Dr. Jason, the next day I was at 90% and the day after I was at 100%. This was me and my husband's 1st time going to Acupuncture and when I tell you we walked out feeling amazing. We should have done this years ago. My sciatic nerve has been bothering me for years from my lower back to my legs. I walked out of there wit NO pain. This is the best I have felt In years. The lady at the driving school, Adriana was such a big help to me for my driving test. She helped me out with reminding me about all of my signals and remembering the functions of the car.
