Noe is exceptional and I can't recommend him highly enough! From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and expertise were immediately apparent. He arrived prepared with all the necessary equipment and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Not only that, but he was incredibly patient in answering all my questions. His attitude was amazing—so positive and approachable. Not only did he resolve all of my problems, but he also followed up afterward to ensure everything was still running smoothly.

They came out to replace the gas valve control on our water heater as per recommendation from the manufacturer, Rheem. A few weeks later, it went out again. I called again, and they again got on the phone with Rheem. They recommended again replacing the gas valve control and also a tank sensor. When the parts arrived, they came out again to replace the parts. We have been good ever since. The 2nd visit was N/C since it was under the 30 day labor warranty. Quick, no nonsense service

My wife & I were very pleasantly surprised by their Nordstrom type service on a repair. Tyler took the time to inform us that the repair may be covered under recall so there's no charge to our family. We got a text w the technician's photo so we knew who was coming w the ETA. First class gents - a rare rose amongst many thorns. We're looking forward to bringing them back!Service: Water tank repair
