My mom and grandma have been well taken care of over the years by them but we’ve needed their support and help even more so recently after my grandmother was discharged home from the hospital. Emily Nguyen (Director of Patient Care Services) has been absolutely exceptional going over and beyond to help coordinate care. Nurses Kimberly and Thao Le have been so kind, professional, and gentle with collecting labs and straight caths. PT team has been absolutely amazing with Peter Nguyen and John Huynh. “We had the best experience with Pam ! It was our first lice encounter and i was overwhelmed and not sure if we had it or not ! Pam was so informative and kind on the phone and honest with pricing . Pam even sent me tutorials on doing it myself because she felt bad to charge me a travel fee , we are south county and she is in Huntington area ! But i opted for peace of mind to make sure we were free from everything especially since I’ve never dealt with lice. My in laws /cousins aunt even came over as they were dealing with lice a couple days prior to make sure they were in the clear, she was so kind when people just started showing up for checks ! She educated us and took her time with each of us and was honest on who needs a treatment and who was in the clear . As a first time mom experiencing this I’m beyond grateful i chose her services !! “My mom came home from the hospital on hospice care in May and we knew we needed addition help. We opted to sign up for 24-hour care for my mom. We had care for 4 days before her passing. Her daytime caregiver was Fe. We absolutely adored her. She provided such wonderful and compassionate care for my mom but also support for our family. Our nighttime nurses did change a bit but everyone again was great. They took care of her during the evening and allowed us to get some sleep. The team was quick to respond and ensure care was available as soon as we got home from the hospital. I am very appreciate of Care Partners at Home!“

Cynthia performed a comprehensive assessment at our house, explained the whole process, patiently answered all our questions, and helped us deal with the long-term health insurance company. The communication flow with the CareAssist administration is open, and they are quick to respond. The angels who come to care for mom are caring, loving, and kind. They assist her with all her needs: bathing, bathroom, dressing, and other daily activities that she can no longer do on her own. “I called American Quality Care the evening of Sunday, May 11th simply to inquire about their services "in case I needed them". Little did I know how much I would need them after lifting my Mom into bed the next day and putting my back out. I called them at 10am and by 2pm the same day, our ***angel*** Eugenie arrived! She walked right in and we were immediately blessed. We breathed another sigh of relief when Annie, Eugenie's weekend replacement, was just as perfect.
