Dr. Esser is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The office is very clean and uncluttered, and the instruments seem up-to-date. Dr. Esser answered all of my questions, and he is honest and trustworthy. The staff are prepared to help, attentive, and friendly. Thank you

All l did was get an eye exam and my doctor saved my life because l was having a stroke. Dr. John Zdral at Fullerton Eye Institute in Brea, CA is my hero. On 3/30/23 l had what's called a moderate stroke and have been at St. Jude Hospital recovering in Fullerton for a week. . I will go home on 4/13 to rest.Sincerely, Nancy GranerPS. I've been wearing contacts for many years and been having problems with them. I moved to Brea recently and found John Esser, O.D. from the Next Door app. The lenses he ordered were a different brand than the usual one I used to wear and it turned out to be best thing ever! I've worn glasses since I was two years old so I've had some issues with my eyes. He did a fantastic job and I was so happy to see clearly again. I usually don't write reviews but the whole office staff were really nice and helped me out.
