I found Dr. Holmkvist to be nice and she did a thorough examination but the office staff is not so good. I kept waiting for my bill and I finally received it only to find that it said Past Due and charged me a late fee. When I called to inquire and explain this was the first bill I received they didn't care and pretty much said who cares. I won't be going back and will be spreading bad word of mouth as often as I can.

I found this Office to be very unprofessional since they didn't pay attention to important basic details. If it wasn't for a conscientious pharmacist, I would be without needed medication. Office staff is not adept at typing important information to be sent over to pharmacies. Plus Dr Holmkvist is not as thorough as I am used to. I will not be returning to this Office from their lack of professionalism. The care that I received was basically a quick chat where I had to be the one asking all questions in order to get any information. I will find elsewhere to go when I need dermatological care.
