My first impression was nice looking place with horrible office people rude always telling me to call somebody when I ask a question they don't want to help answer the question they want me to be referred somewhere else to ask the question they give me phone numbers that don't exist like the surgery scheduler at the 213 area code number of the phone number when you press help for surgery it rings seven times and says the voicemail hasn't been set up. Another example I received a automatic text saying my appointment is coming up it says to call this number if I need to cancel the reschedule when I call the number it's freaking disconnected.
