“We wanted to find a HVAC service company that was familiar with and knew how to clean an American Standard AccuClean whole filter. It was installed by Marthedal AC with our new HVAC system in 2019. Unfortunately, Marthedal went out of business in 2021 and was bought by Lee's and we have struggled since to find a company. We tried Lee's for a couple year but weren't thoroughly happy with them either. They too did not know how to clean our filter. So many other companies also had no idea what the filter was and how to clean it. We called Balanced Comfort after a recommendation from our neighbor and we were thoroughly impressed after the first phone call. Not only did they know what the whole house filter was and knew how to clean it, their price was a third less than what other companies charge. We set an appointment and Say Vang came out and he was professional, knowledgeable, wore booties and knew exactly how to clean our filters. He serviced our heater, cleaned the filter and vacuumed his work area. It took about an hour. We are so thrilled to have finally found a reputable company and we will be using them in the future.“

“My AC went out at 10:30pm on Friday during the recent heatwave. I called early Saturday morning and got a call back within 4 min. A tech (Mark) was at my house within 30 min. He was very nice and professional. He diagnosed the problem and went to get the part. I highly recommend New England Sheet Metal for any AC repairs.“

“Let me start by saying how impressed we are with this business. The two gentleman that showed up were professional, friendly, and very responsive. He was here within 15-20 minutes of me calling! I didn't have to wait 2 - 4 hours!I called because the washing machine was backing up the toilet and tub. I was really concerned, since it was the end of the day, that I would have to pay after hours fees. After messing with the main kitchen drain (I'm not sure the technical name) they cleared it, but I still had the same problem. “07/12/2024 To make a long story short(er) we were 3 days into Triple Digit heat without our AC, and it was getting unbearable. Did not think they would be able to make it out until the next Monday at the earliest (so no AC over the weekend) and yet we got a call on late morning Friday letting us know they were on the way. In the first five minutes of being here and talking to the Technician I felt so much better, and in fact that if something had to be ordered he would do what he could to get us through the weekend until a permanent fix could be done on our unit. A huge shout out to Angel, who after walking me through the process of what needed to be done was able to fix the problem completely in a short amount of time. (He could have done the work faster, but chose to dig under the walkway as to not bust through the concrete, which is what the other company wanted to do.)
