Man, I had the best experience today. Jiovanni and Deigo came out to fix my clogged drain. They showed up on time, were clean and kind. They did a great job and really took care of me.... I will say people make a company and these two guys will be the reason I call Mr. Rooter back! Keep up the great work Jiovanni and Deigo.
I called them in an emergency situation because of all the great reviews I read online. I am always nervous about calling repair people because it can get expensive and you want it done right the first time. They were able to fit me in the next morning, even working around my schedule. The tech, Dazhon, came to the appointment earlier than we scheduled, which was such a huge help. The office called me to let me know and he was here within fifteen minutes (which as you know for Fresno is pretty good, considering the sprawl). Called them for an emergency situation on a Sunday night, they were able to schedule me the next day. They provided great, quality service at decent prices, the tech was professional, explained everything and was friendly and courteous. Issue was resolved in a couple of hours and now we have our goto plumbing service in a city we are new to. Highly recommend them.
