Bryan was awesome! This was the 2nd time I've had to have Bryan come out. Turns out there were serious problems with the sewer line itself. I agreed to the work and Bryan started digging. This was about 10:45 AM. He was gone before 4:00 PM and the lines were fixed and grass returned in place. Simply Amazing!Don't concern yourself with the others, just hire Roto Rooters....and ask for Byran as your tech. Ask for Bryan!

I was very satisfied as the dispatcher called me just prior to the service man's arrival to my home and he immediately upon arrival went to work and stuck with it until he completed the job. I will be calling them back again when I need

I sincerely appreciated Andrew's Can-Do attitude. He explained each step of the process and was determined to unclog my drains. A previous inexperienced plumber came unprepared to work on a seventy-eight year old home and gave up after half an hour. Andrew was determined and succeeded after several attempts. He also offered tips to keep my old pipes clear.
