We really appreciate having LaNotte as our HVAC provider. Their service is excellent and their personnel are very customer oriented. Kam, one of their technicians, recently came out to do the preventive maintainance on our A/C units. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answer my questions in a courteous and polite manner. He worked efficiently and even made time to put our hose away when he was finished. Lanotte did an excellent job resolving my issue efficiently. Eric was thorough in troubleshooting and identified that the faulty parts were still under warranty. Edgar promptly replaced the defective components and ensured the system was functioning perfectly. The entire team displayed professionalism, attentiveness, and provided top-notch customer service
