I am writing to share my recent experience with Albert Liu, which I found to be quite distressing. During our video session, I felt that he was disengaged and unapproachable, which made it hard for me to open up about my mental health challenges.

Unfortunately, when my phone battery died and I rejoined the call, Albert made a comment about my niece being disruptive that I found rude and insensitive. As someone struggling with anxiety, I expected a compassionate and professional response, but this remark left me feeling dismissed and even more anxious.
