“Went there with gravely ill older dog. He passed this morning. From the initial phone call I made to them to the diagnosis by the veterinarian, his assistant who was present, I can say that those people were kind and real. I thank them.“

The first guy I spoke to made me feel like I was wasting his time and kept rolling his eyes. The second employee was extremely helpful and communicated way better. A few months later, I called and told her my dog might have an ear infection and she told me what to do over the phone. Most doctors would’ve told you to make an appointment which I did come in. It’s only $30. But I felt it was worth her knowledge“
