“Really happy with my experience here! This was my first time going to this clinic, so I called ahead to ask how their system works since I wasn’t sure if they were appointment-only or walk-ins. They explained that they’re walk-in only and see the first 10 patients, and they were kind enough to call me when it was our turn to be seen.
Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating from the beginning. My dog is VERY anxious, and the staff did everything they could to make him feel comfortable. They were all so patient and gentle with him, which I really appreciated.
The doctor was also wonderful. She let me be involved in his treatment and even allowed me to help comfort him during the quick procedure. She and her team explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, so I felt like I actually knew what was going on with my dog and why they were doing what they were doing.
And one of the ladies there (I believe she’s one of the managers) was AMAZING with him. She was massaging his head with her nails to help calm him down and I swear it was like magic 😂. He was so much more relaxed afterward!
Overall, I’m really glad I found this clinic. Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely caring toward my dog. You can tell they really love animals and want them to feel safe. Definitely recommend!”
