“My Boerboel had a hematoma on the flappy part of his ear that needed draining. He’s a big boy that needs to be sedated before appointments. The staff was VERY patient with us during his exam as he doesn’t let strangers touch him. He needed surgery the following day. The anesthesiologist was very careful administering his medication. It took a few tries but he was asleep within 10 mins. Surgery took a couple of hours. We’ve been getting follow-up calls from RAH for the past week just to check in on him. I really appreciate that! All that to say the staff is very patient, compassionate and kind. Your animals care is a priority here. All of my puppies will be coming here as long as I have them. 🥰”
