“Having a home with a tile roof pushing 30 years old, problems are going to come up. These guys have been my go to roof repair company for years now. There are thorough, do great work and give knowledge based expert advice. A few years back I had a leak that they repaired and while doing so Powers advised I should move the gutter down spouts that drained from the top roof to my lower level roof citing the likelihood of a future leak. Well, it took a few years but they were right. They have since done the repairs and I had the down spouts moved. Had I only listened years ago when they told me about the downspouts…. lesson learned. In addition, we asked that they replace a few fascia boards that showed dry rot and they completed and painted those as well. The 1st estimate company from another roof contractor was way too high, and they ended up estimating the cost to repair would have been 3 times what NRG quoted. I won't mention the name of the other company, but I will say, do your due diligence when looking for a roof repair contractor on Yelp. The 1st company gave me an estimate without lifting a tile.
