He may not have MD as a title but he is very knowledgeable and caring. I truly felt "heard" and plan to keep him as my primary provider. The office staff is also very nice. So glad I found him/them!“

“I have been seen by Dr. Rodarte for the past 10 years. He is professional, sympathetic, polite, and understanding. He is very friendly, but at the same time, very forthright in discussing Medical issues that affect me.
He is patient and he takes the time to listen to my concerns and he gives me the time to explain what I’m seeing him for. When my medical problems are not within his scope of expertise, he readily writes a referral to another Doctor, or Doctors.

“I am so thankful for the VA and especially the Tulare Clinic. We live in a country that takes care of it's veterans and, yes, there are some miscues, I've made a few myself, but I am still very thankful and the staff and doctors have given me the care I have needed. There are options, you can always go wait at a non-VA Dr. and wait there and pay for it out of your pocket. I've used my Tri-Care with some success but in the end I prefer my VA, both in Tulare and Fresno.“

“Had to come here a few times during my pregnancy for blood tests. I always made sure to come right when they opened to get the fastest service. Check in process was easy. I think the longest I had to wait was maybe 25 minutes but once I was seen I was in and out.“
