The practice has improved its phone answering system, with a single number and answering team, although wait times may still occur. Patients appreciate the convenience of using the Healow app to manage their care. Dr. Bowen is specifically praised for being a great doctor, providing fast and professional care for various medical needs.

You kno, I hate giving this location 2 stars. The staff is nice and I like my doctor but the wait time is atrocious!!. The past couple of times. I was seen 45 minutes after my appointment time. Right now, it has been 20 minutes after my appointment time. I am not if I can stay with this location since I have to go back to work.
If you have disability papers that need to be filled, I suggest u don't even come to this clinic at all to begin with, I've been waiting for 3 weeks for my forms to be signed, the staff and Dr are completely un-reliable and no help, now Ima have to schedule a appt. Just to see the Dr so he can sign my damn forms for disability finally, haven't been able to pay my bills due to them lagging on my disability forms, horrible clinic don't come here at all
