Everyone else seems to be having a very different experience, but my family and myself have had a very easy time making appts, walking in to get seen last min, the front desk gals aren't SUPER bubbly, but you try working with the general public when they're in perfect health, let alone feeling sick/hurt/in pain/grumpy. Idk about everyone else, but for state insurance health care, they do a pretty good job
I’m usually a really positive reviewer… Check my other reviews. But, a medical office that can’t figure out how to receive a FAX?! In 2 days of calling back and forth between FHCN and my imaging provider, FHCN can’t receive a FAX with the results of my test. So I have to drive an hour and a half because in 2024, a medical office doesn’t know why they can’t receive a FAX on their FAX machine? If they can offer me a reasonable explanation, I will revise my review.
The worst clinic I have ever attended does not have a gynecologist or pediatrician or good doctors and the few that are there are of no use, they give you an appointment and they treat you whenever they want.
