the nurse are horrible at doing the blood draws. I also tell them I need to lay down to draw blood and they won’t do it either. They have no where to lay down but a chair.🤦🏽♀️
Had to come here a few times during my pregnancy for blood tests. I always made sure to come right when they opened to get the fastest service. Check in process was easy. I think the longest I had to wait was maybe 25 minutes but once I was seen I was in and out.
I was worried about the wait time. I arrived at 6:50am on a Saturday with 7 people waiting in line for the doors to open. I even started to Google other labs open on a Saturday, but decided to tough it out. 1 other lab was open, but clear across town. Working Monday -Friday limits me to Saturday morning when the doctor requires a fasting blood work order. I was in my car and driving away by 7:45 am. That is approximately 5.5 minutes a person! Absolutely remarkable! My registration was extremely efficient, I think her name was Zayda (not 100 % sure) My phlebotomist was Savanna.
