Darlyn and Flor in the behavioral health building are by far the BEST health practitioners that ive come across. after being ran around to different clinics all day trying to find mental health help, i was sent to exeter and even though they only take referrals so they couldnt take me in as a patient, Darlyn brought me to the back and her and Flor helped me through every step of finding and scheduling appointments in the town where i live. Doctors are pretty good. But waiting over the phone to book appointment or to talk to anyone is ridiculous. The phone system needs to be improved, how do you expect to keep your patients around.

Many things need to be improved, for example, the wait time trying to make an appointment. My rating is solely based on the appointment with Dr. Christopher Jaime. Dr. Jaime is an excellent psychiatrist. He really listens to everything you have to say and asks a lot of questions. It really feels like he's trying to understand you. It feels good to be heard.Thank you Dr. Jaime.
