Martial Arts Concepts is an amazing studio. The atmosphere is so positive. Master Dan Paulson is a gifted instructor, who really knows how to teach and inspire. The black belts were kind, humble, and helpful. My son has taken classes there for four years, starting as a high school freshman. He has grown and changed so much during that time, gaining self-control, self-esteem (for learning new skills and surpassing his personal best, not because everyone gets a ribbon for showing up), respect for others, in addition to the martial arts skills that he learned. If he wasn't going off to college, he would still be going there. If you are looking for martial arts for boys or girls, this is a wonderful place to train.

Ian did such an amazing job! He's a master of the well-blended layers. A lot of "pros" don't understand that well-blended isn't the same as blocky or blunt layers. Ian got it! The vibe is absolutely relaxed, and everyone was kind. I have tried to get assistance at other salons that brand themselves as "luxury", but half the stylists don't know what they are doing. It was refreshing to go to a place with a real pro that was kind and knowledgeable.

I've been getting my fades & tapers done by Jackie since 2022 when I found him through "the Cut" app. Jackie is truly a great barber and a master of his trade, his level of professionalism is over the top. The best part is he's right near my workplace lol. If you need a crispy taper or fade, Jackie's your barber to do it.

The ladies were very friendly. As soon as I arrived, they asked if I had an appointment and that they'd be with me shortly. When I did get into the chair, I was asked how I like my haircut, what style I wanted and what length. After cutting, I was shown the length and I asked for it to be slightly shorter. She happily did. Great experience and I would highly recommend going to this barber shop.

My first visit and the owner Daisy seemed like an old friend of mine. The shop was clean, well maintained. My pedicure took about an hour and I felt like I walked out on a cushion air. I highly recommend Paris Hair and Nails, you won't be disappointed. They are located in the same complex where Dominic's is located. So get a manicure or pedicure and then get a great sandwich from Dominic's. Ciao
I moved here recently and have been to the top dollar nail salons and on a whim went here, best service ever and best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. It may not be as “pretty “ as other salons but the service and prices are stellar!!

Originally the salon was booked until late afternoon (we arrived in town that morning), however their customer service was top notch, as they called me back when there was a cancellation! Our techs were professional, kind and very skilled. It is a smaller location with gorgeous atmosphere and aesthetic, while still feeling very “like home”. I was visiting from the Bay Area and walked in to get a haircut. They were very gracious to squeeze me in without an appointment and I was even helped by two different women to make it happen. They cut, treated, and styled my hair for a reasonable price! They were very friendly and welcoming. My hair looks and feels so much healthier. I really enjoyed my experience and hope to come back when I’m in town next.
This was a wonderful experience for my 14year old first facial. He doesn't have acne but just some conjecturing/blackheads. Mostly on his nose. It's from this Oculus headset (VR). Gross. Getting him on a face washing/moisturizer regiment but wanted to get some extractions done/vitamin C treatment done prior so we can hopefully maintain. The esthetician was super friendly and professional. My son is not a usually into beauty stuff but he enjoyed the pampering. And his skin was flowing after. Highly recommend. Very cute/clean establishment.

Robia did a cover up piece on my leg well over a year ago. And even today, it looks brand new! Best work I’ve ever had done. Now when I go to other tattoo shops, I have a bad experience because her level of attention and care is so HIGH that it completely changed my standards. If I hadn’t moved to the east coast for work, I’d still be seeing Robia, and Robia only.

George Plumbing was an excellent choice for us to make when purchasing new HVAC unit. From our first encounter with Nelson, to subsequent work from Daniel, Kenny and Diego - we were impressed with the responsiveness, knowledge, courteousness, and thoroughness. We received bids from 4 different HVAC contractors and chose George Plumbing as the most reasonable cost combined with best options. We will definitely recommend them to others.
John is a highly experienced and professional plumber. I noticed that in the last few months my house water pressure would go up when not in use. I contacted a plumber and he said that the water pressure regulator needs to be replaced since it's 12+ years old. I had him replace it, yet the problem persisted. Water pressure would go up 120+ psi in matter of minutes at random times. I thought the regulator that was installed was bad, so I had the interior components replaced again. Same issue persisted. Got a second plumber's opinion and he said you have a bad installation of the regulator (soldering was done poorly), so it needs to be replaced and installed properly. At that point, I knew it's highly unlikely that it is the regulator. I called John at Pieper Plumbing and he arrived within minutes. He correctly diagnosed the problem instantly! I needed an expansion tank! Oceanside city has been doing some work on the water supply lines across the whole city and they must have changed my water plumbing to a closed system (without any notice of course), so I needed an expansion tank with these changes. As the water heater turns on, the water in the cold line heats up and expands. When it has nowhere to go, the pressure goes through the roof (potentially damaging the water heater, appliances, faucets, etc.). An expansion tank solves that problem.I would highly recommend Pieper Plumbing. He knows what he is doing!

I called Shobe Plumbing when our shower drain became extremely slow at draining. We were concerned it might signal a bigger problem, but Craig was able to alay my fears and scheduled us for the next week. Chris was quick and efficient at clearing the hair that was backing up our shower drain. We are thankful it wasn't any issue bigger than that.
I can highly recommend Custom Touch Electric. They are responsive, professional, and easy to work with. We’ve used Custom Touch twice and had excellent results each time. These were significant projects, one was the complete replacement of a home's circuit breaker panel and the latest was the installation of a generator and transfer switch. We had great communications and a thorough description of what we were looking at so I could make an informed decision. I’ll be using them again anytime I have electrical work to be done.

May 2023-Vic was on-time, performed stellar work, exceptionally experienced and was easy to interact with. Installed a water heater shut-off switch in to update to current electrical code requirement aswell as a dimmer switch. His work product was professionally done and he came in under the initial estimate. Honest work , highly recommended .

Hands down a phenomenal Tree service company. Responsive on scheduling, showed up on time with a full crew ready to tackle our 15 palm trees. They were conscientious about ensuring they didn't cause any damage to the trees or the surround plants. The work on the palms was fantastic and thorough - they never looked better. I just moved to Fallbrook and my office staff recommended Dr Jones who’s literally next building over. Dr Jones was very warm and personable and gave me great advice on being a new business owner in town. It’s the first time I got in and out as a new patient under an hour. I’m used to waiting for almost an hour just to get placed in a room with our pets. That was the next best part of our visit. Dr Jones also said my dog has impeccable teeth, which makes any dog mama dentist super happy. Obviously coming back here because they’re a nice neighbor :) and I know I won’t lose a half day bringing my pet in.

Great place with great service. A remodel would give them 5 stars but they still manage to provide quality care. We've taken three of our dogs there, and two have had multiple surgeries with outstanding results. Dr Nissan is great. He's a straight shooter with decades of experience. I highly recommend Avocado Animal Hospital for mostly all vet needs
I take my youngest cat here . At first because it was the closest too me and now because the care they've provided for my boy was amazing. Prices are comparable to other local vets. They treat my baby as if he was there own. I can usually get in within a day of calling.

I have gone to Dabbas Wellness Massage for several years for deep tissue massages. Ashley always does a great job and is especially good at focusing on my troublesome areas. During my most recent two-hour massage, I told Ashley that my shoulders, neck, and upper back were especially tight. This time, I decided to let her focus exclusively on those specific areas versus also trying to fit in a full-body massage. After the massage, I felt looser and more relaxed in my shoulders, neck, and upper back than I have in many years. This was the best massage I have ever had anywhere and I highly recommend Ashley for this type of therapeutic massage.
