My only problem is your billing dept calling me on phone 5 days after bill sent out wondering why I hadn't paid. In fact I had paid by bill pay through bank the day I got the bill. How fast does she expect payment????? Very rude! Thought about getting another gate company.
Great, same-day service! Quality Gates came through and helped me out in a really great way today. I’m very happy with Tim the technician and my gate is working now. He figured out what was the issue and provided me with options.
The only thing I noticed is the technicians are very rushed and I wish he wasn’t rushed out of the property so quickly because I have another gate we would like to upgrade that I would have liked him to take a look at and provide some options to upgrade/replace.

I recently had my LiftMaster SL24UL sliding gate serviced by this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician was professional and thorough—he performed a full service, adjusted and lubricated the chain, and checked the batteries (which were in good condition).
There was a squealing noise when the gate was moving, but the technician quickly found the cause: a damaged high voltage light with loose screws. He explained everything clearly and resolved the issue efficiently. Now my gate is running smoothly and quietly.
I really appreciate the clear communication and honest work. Highly recommended if you need your gate serviced!
