Our old call box was dead and we decided to put in a Watchman replacement. When I asked the manufacturer for referrals for the installation, Quality Gate was one of the options. After having Chris come by for a site visit, I knew we wanted to do business with them . My only problem is your billing dept calling me on phone 5 days after bill sent out wondering why I hadn't paid. In fact I had paid by bill pay through bank the day I got the bill. How fast does she expect payment????? Very rude! Thought about getting another gate company.
Great, same-day service! Quality Gates came through and helped me out in a really great way today. I’m very happy with Tim the technician and my gate is working now. He figured out what was the issue and provided me with options.
The only thing I noticed is the technicians are very rushed and I wish he wasn’t rushed out of the property so quickly because I have another gate we would like to upgrade that I would have liked him to take a look at and provide some options to upgrade/replace.
But, overall these guys exceeded my expectation today and I’m very happy I was referred because they got the job done quickly, for a fair price and with a high quality of service.
