John is a highly experienced and professional plumber. I noticed that in the last few months my house water pressure would go up when not in use. I contacted a plumber and he said that the water pressure regulator needs to be replaced since it's 12+ years old. I had him replace it, yet the problem persisted. Water pressure would go up 120+ psi in matter of minutes at random times. I thought the regulator that was installed was bad, so I had the interior components replaced again. Same issue persisted.
