This was a great experience. Family owned is definitely the vibe and holds significant importance, which I absolutely appreciated. I loved how educational the experience was. The environment is cozy. Lena was accommodating to my needs and walked me through each step. She was communicative during my cut and made sure I was comfortable with the length and decisions before moving forward. This is a lovely place and I’m excited to go back!
I had an appointment with Chikako for a hair trim and she was great! We discussed how damaged my hair was and how best to take care of it/fix it. She shampooed my hair multiple times and spent quite a good amount of time trimming my hair and dusting it to remove some of the split ends. My hair looks great and I couldn't be more happy with Chikako's work on it!
Such a lovely experience. My daughter had a vibrant color put in her hair as a peek a boo style, and we couldn’t be happier. Lena was so kind and helpful with making sure she was set on what she wanted, and all of the low tox, cleaner ingredients left her hair looking AMAZING. 10/10 experience!!
