Then I found Augilar roofing company and decided to ask for an cost estimate. Ubaldo Aguilar came over for an estimate and asked him how to fix my roof leaks. He went up to the roof and told me what he had to, and he told me other roof problems that I should consider repairing at the same time. Obviously I knew those problems as well. But was afraid that it will be cost too much and told him to give me an cost estimate to see if I can afford all the work necessary to make my entire roof in good condition. One day after he came out, he sent me an detailed cost estimate with all the work he will perform for my roof. His cost estimate was so reasonable that I told him to include the work. He came with his employees and worked tirelessly for the next 2 days and removed all dry rotted portions of plywood roofing, wood rafters and roof felt papers and metal flashing and remove and replace all broken roof tiles on the entire roof. I was watching their work from the beginning to the end. I have been inspecting construction work all my life. So I know when a contractor does great job or not. All I can say is, Agular roofing staff did an excellent job to the end. They made sure everything was clean when they were done. They were excellent from A to Z. Very reasonable price. Friendly.
