Guy and Affordable Roofing are the best. I own a commercial building in Vacaville that is a challenge for any roofer. My contractor recommended Guy. He did a phenomenal job reroofing a 1988 built building and left NO debris in the tear off of the old roof. Two years ago we had a major leak and he came right ouT. Turns out it was not the roof but the stucco walls which were not properly sealed by the painter.I have always found Guy to be very honest, very professional with workmanship first class, and he was immediately responsive when we had our leak and helped to detect the problem.Highly recommend. They came in removed all the old roofing, repaired and replaced with High-quality products-including new ridge vents and hauled off All the old roof-leaving my yard clean & home with a brand new roof!!
