“I brought my recently adopted rescue dog here after reading all the wonderful reviews. Prior, I called to ask about pricing and home grooming tool recommendations, as I wasn't sure my dog would be ready to be fully groomed any time soon. Henry was very helpful and suggested we stop by so he could see my dog in person to suggest grooming tools. We chatted in person, and my dog settled in enough to come back for a groom the next week! I was not sure if he had ever had a bath, and he had some mats in his tail from his life prior to the shelter. He got a bath and groom, nails done, ears cleaned, and mats all brushed out. It took about an hour start to finish, and when I came back, my boy was happy and playing with a ball with the staff there. I love that Henry understood the desire to keep our little guy scraggly, since it reflects his personality, but was able to clean him up so that he'd be more comfortable, like trimming the hairs obstructing his view and around and under his paws. This is my first time having a dog, and his first groom, so I was a bit nervous, but Henry and his staff made me feel so at ease, and let me know my dog did good! We'll be back!“
“We are big fans! We started our pup on daily walks when he was under a year and Will and Dan have been a huge help as our dog has been growing up. Our dog is an Airedale Terrier so full of energy and then some, which means exercise is essential for a happy home. Will is extremely responsive and has set things up very professionally so it's easy and reliable. Dan is our regular walker and is also super responsive and kind.I also appreciate that they have professional vans that are setup for transporting dogs.Definitely recommend for anyone in southern Marin looking to get their dog a good daily workout!“

“We take our husky mix here and have also taken our foster dog here. The staff is really friendly and efficient. It has also been pretty easy to get an appointment here which we love. They I helped us figure out that our dog is very allergic to a lot of the plants in the area and are helping us treat his allergies with shots.“
