“I am definitely an overprotective pet parent. I spent hours looking into different grooming places and had a couple of bad experiences that sent me off to my research again. I first took my dogs to Rachel when she was still at her old location. I saw a couple other groomers at first just to get a feel for what other places were like, but can say with confidence that Rachel is the only person I have ever left my dogs with calmly. I exclusively take my pets here now, I do not trust anyone else! This is because I know how amazing she is with them, how efficient she is, that she does a wonderful job with them, and is always so kind. My dogs have a serious case of pandemic-puppy separation anxiety, and they always come out of Rachel's care with their tails wagging and looking(and smelling!) great. If it helps, I have one terrier/maltese mix and one maltese/mini poodle mix. Both under 10lbs. If you're lucky enough to get a spot, you're never going to go back!“

“Wow these guys did such a nice job grooming my 3 yr old golden retriever mix. He was shedding a lot and needed a good brush out. He also had a patch my vet shaved from a bad grooming elsewhere. They were able to blend his coat and thin out the bulk around his tail. Smells great too without any heavy perfumes. Check this place out!“

“Vivian is absolutely wonderful! After a bad experience with another groomer, I was worried to bring my dog in. Vivian greeted us with a smile and there was no doubt in my mind that my fur baby was in good hands. With the past groomer, I was dog shamed for having a hyper, nervous puppy and since I am new to small dogs, I was worried all groomers might be like this? Wow, was I wrong! Vivian took the time with us and CARES. My little girl has never looked better and my mind was put to ease when I left her there. Vivian is just a fantastic, caring person and I cannot recommend her enough. She is a gem!!!“

“Mari Mari Mari! This one is for you! She is amazing and I can't thank her enough. She washes and grooms my girl for me. She always does amazing and is very thorough. She also makes for easy conversation and just all around great customer service. To get an appt go in or call. They only have groomers and no washers yet so wash appts don't show on the app. I get the frustration but not fair to give them 1 star. When I first got her we also tried petco. They didn't clean her ears or cut her nails let alone trim anything. The top her head still smelled too. Since then we tried PetSmart and it's been a world of difference. This location is clean. Everybody is friendly. EVERY SINGLE BODY! Idk who's hiring but you're doing great! They're patient with me and my questions being a new-er dog mom. They usually price match the other places too for Royal Canin. The points add up fast and just all around love shopping there. Hope they're here to stay for a long time in Vallejo!“

“Dede is the BOMB!!! ???Im a new groomer (just graduated) i sent Dede a email asking for advice on my next steps to help me navigate feeling extremely lost. I was SHOCKED when my phone rang a few hours later with Dede on the other end! She read everything i sent to her. She started by saying “get your paper & pen cuz im going to give you all the info right away” she asked everything even life questions to really understand where im at & what my realistic next steps could be. She also gave me multiple options not just 1. That’s exactly why i reached out to her. I need someone that is straight up, no BS, doesnt think that they’re better than you, no judgment, & that i could trust. (Thats Super Hard to find in grooming community) She checked off ALL those boxes! I left that phone call feeling so much better! & she made me feel like i actually mattered! Others charge an arm & a leg just to contact them, Dede called me on her own no charge! Then we scheduled a 20$ 30 minute call (course she went over an hour cuz thats the type of person she is!) i feel like i have a leg up on everyone else in my school since i have my secret expert ??THANK YOU SO MUCH DEDE! ???“

“Fantastic company, services, and prices. My dog is a nervous wreck when being handled by anyone else except for Tara. The first meeting tara approached my dog calmly with a softer voice. Sadie wagged her nervous tail and slowly warmed up but was still hesitant. Since the initial meeting sadie is excited to see tara when its time to be picked up. After the services sadie is very calm and relaxed. And i even get a report with photos and you can clearly see sadie soo happy on her excursions. I would give more stars if i could! this is one dope company!!!!“
